After a full Due Diligence Period; working with Accountants, Attorneys, and Lenders - The Firm's Managing Partner, Cortney Sells, got to the Closing Table and saw the transaction come to a close. The Firm Business Brokerage announces the successful transition of Wohlner's Grocery Store into new owner's hands. After just a short time listed, The Firm received an offer on this great business. Throughout Due Diligence, The Firm helped both the Buyer and Seller understand the process and assist in gathering information as needed.
