The Firm Business Brokerage announces the successful transition of Wohlner's Grocery Store into new owner's hands. After just a short time listed, The Firm received an offer on this great business. Throughout Due Diligence, The Firm helped both the Buyer and Seller understand the process and assist in gathering information as needed. The Firm also helped with the process of a Liquor License Application and gladly met with the Buyer and Seller as many times as needed to make sure both were comfortable with the sale.
